A well-known motorcycle brand has opened a new showroom at St Modwen House in Plymouth, seven months after the Langage site closed alongside Harley-Davidson.
But now Triumph Motorcycles has announced the opening of new dealership - Ocean Triumph Plymouth - in partnership with the well-established Ocean Group, known for their automotive brands including Ocean BMW Cars and Ocean BMW Motorrad.
Ocean Triumph Plymouth has now started to tak customer enquiries, with a temporary showroom set to open on July 1, offering riders across Devon and Cornwall access to Triumph’s latest motorcycles, accessories, and expert service.
The dealership will operate from a temporary facility while a full showroom redevelopment is scheduled for the coming winter.
Graham De Val, Managing Director of Ocean Group, said: "We are thrilled to bring the iconic Triumph brand to Plymouth. Our team is passionate about motorcycles and committed to delivering the exceptional service and expertise that Ocean Group is known for. We look forward to welcoming riders from across the Southwest to Ocean Triumph Plymouth.
“The new dealership will showcase Triumph’s full range – from the agile Trident 660 to the adventure-ready Tiger 1200, and the latest Speed Triple 1200 RS – supported by a team of dedicated Triumph specialists in sales, aftersales, and servicing.”
Devron Boulton, Triumph UK General Manager, added: "We’re delighted to welcome Ocean Group to the Triumph dealer network. Their proven track record in premium automotive retail and customer service makes them the perfect partner to represent Triumph in Plymouth and the wider Southwest region.”
