Indian Motorcycle has recently teased its new motorcycle that goes by the name Roadmaster Elite. The new 2018 Indian Roadmaster Elite will sit in the company’s product portfolio as a flagship product. The motorcycle is essentially the standard Roadmaster underneath and gains some more interesting elements to earn the ‘Elite’ badging. The motorcycle will be exclusive to the buyers as it will be limited to just 300 units for sale worldwide. What’s even more interesting will be the number of units that will get allotted for India. The new Indian Roadmaster Elite receives a 23K gold leaf on the fuel tank that justifies its ‘Elite’ suffix. The motorcycle further comes assisted with a 300-watt sound system so that the rider and his companion don’t get bored while they are out on long distance journeys. The motorcycle will come drenched in a dual tone shade of blue and black and as usual, the amount of chrome used has been kept intact.

Other interesting highlights that make the new 2018 Indian Roadmaster Elite an extravagant affair are heated seats, heated grips, rider floorboards and a lot more. The upcoming Indian Roadmaster Elite gets its power from the same 1811cc, Thunder stroke V-twin engine that propels the standard Roadmaster. The motor is good for shedding out 139 Nm of torque and the transmission duties are taken care of with the help of a six-speed unit that gets a final belt drive.

The new 2018 Indian Roadmaster Elite has already been revealed globally alongside the new Springfield Dark Horse and the company’s updated 2018 line up. We expect the bike to make its India debut in the coming months. The current Indian Roadmaster retails in India at a price of close to Rs 37 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Expect the new model to demand some more over that figure, courtesy the more premium bits on offer.
